I want you to be fully satisfied with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review the return guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns

Original artwork may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, and in the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance for the full value of the artwork.  For returns within Rhode Island, we can arrange pick-up/delivery at a mutually convenient location to avoid shipping costs. 

A return authorization is required before shipping any artwork back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Please email me at jessicashafferfineart@gmail.com to request a return.

Refunds

Artwork must be repacked securely using the original packaging or comparable materials.

The return shipment must include full-value insurance and tracking.

The customer assumes responsibility for any damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging or insufficient insurance.
